Being a synthesist-based technology group and a manufacturing entity licensor complimenting the AEC industry (technology transfer, design, fabrication, production and quality controls), we are originally set up from a group of architects, builders, inventors, innovators, project management and chemical & structural engineers, architectural technicians and developers with vast experience in designing production plants and constructing with low carbon, environmentally responsible construction (even prior to this becoming popular, or a catch-phrase, by avoiding high carbon construction wherever possible), specialising in ecologically sound building practices and sustainable building materials.

Introducing ‘Whatever You Have Learned, Put It Into Practice’ as found on the Fabric First page, we have combined Material Science and Architectural Design with 3D, Structural Engineering with on and off-site Engineering Solutions and Logistics leading to a professional overview with a process approach, allowing widespread technical services from planning to a turnkey handover.

Pre-Construction

Estimating, Permitting and 3D Modelling for Low Carbon and Energy Efficient construction solutions is expedited which streamlines accuracy, providing the most cost-effective build without compromising quality.

Off-Site Construction

Low-carbon Floor Panels, Walls, Deck and Veranda, Stairs and Roofs with energy efficient Window Installations,- all can be assembled offsite and installed with precision, or installed in increments allowing for logistics, site conditions et al.

Logistics

Upon completion of off-site construction, all building components are loaded efficiently onto their specialised trailers for secure transport and delivery.

Onsite Assembly

Expertise and experience shines as factory-trained craftsmen take on the heavy lifting! Onsite assembly becomes a seamless, swift, and efficient process in capable hands, allowing finishes by the client to start and be completed swifter, creating significant cost efficiencies and occupation of the structure much sooner, putting projects into positive cash flows more rapidly.

Quality Control

Off-site construction allows for quality control measures, such as airtightness in apertures, inherent high insulation creating controlled thermal envelopes, reduction or elimination of thermal bridges, avoidance of overheating, while exceeding regulatory energy parameters and is followed up by on-site quality control management.

It has been proven time and again to Thir13en and others that speed of project management and construction reduces the overall project cost substantially, when managed properly. By reducing the use of wet trades on site, manufacturing as much as possible off-site (low carbon standards apply) to a client’s design parameters, erecting to schedule (this means deliveries must be on time, or prior to requirements) with specialist on-site quality control management, and ensuring time management of internal and external aesthetic finishes; not only will a project finish to plan, with its inherent cost and energy efficiencies, but it will also engender pride and satisfaction… to all involved and concerned.

Avoiding mass construction with steel where we can, we still provide earthquake/tornado/hurricane/typhoon resistant solutions, lightweight and extremely strong with great insulation, highly energy efficient with weatherproof and sound resistant design solutions, aesthetically pleasing with the client in control of their cost efficient interior environments and micro-climates.
